My Examination: Sneak Peek

In late summer, NCARB will launch a new section within My NCARB called My Examination. Candidates will have access to several services and information right in their Record—including the ability to:

  • Schedule exam appointments
  • Download score reports
  • View testing history
  • View rolling clock information
Getting Started: My Examination

First, you will need a My NCARB account and an active NCARB Record. Post launch, a new section will be available in your Record—My Examination. The section will give you a high-level overview of your examination progress and link you to where you will schedule exams and download score reports.

Quick links will direct you to the various services you will use most. For the first time, you will be able to see rolling clock information and receive reminders about important dates. News related to the ARE will also be posted here.

Under the Schedule tab, you will be able to schedule exams, see any upcoming appointments, and view your approved testing accommodations.

Score Reports

For the first time, you will be able to directly access new score reports electronically through your Record. You will also be able to see your exam history (exams taken and whether you passed or failed) as well as eligibility and rolling clock expiration dates. If you have exam credits from versions prior ARE 4.0, they will be noted at the bottom of this page.

The score reports have been redesigned. See the new design and learn how to read them here.

Rolling Clock
My Examination will have a section devoted to NCARB’s rolling clock. You will be able to see when each division expires and all of your valid divisions. Note: Your jurisdiction may have its own rolling clock rules and may prevent you from viewing this section to avoid confusion with its clock.

Please note: My Examination remains under development by the Council and our testing consultant. The pages shown here are subject to change prior to launch as we clarify language and/or create a better user experience.
