Step 2: Identify Your AXP Supervisor
Your AXP supervisor is the individual who supervises and interacts with you on a daily basis. Your AXP supervisor will certify that the experience you document is true and correct.

Step 3: Identify Your Mentor
A mentor is a licensed architect who you feel will make a long-term commitment to  your professional growth.

Step 4: Document Your Experience
Use the online reporting system to document your experience directly into your NCARB Record. Be sure to document in a timely manner to satisfy the reporting requirements.
