Supervisors and Mentors

Navigating and completing IDP is every intern’s responsibility. However, they can’t complete it alone.

Both an IDP supervisor and an IDP mentor are crucial to the IDP process. Their knowledge, guidance, and support are invaluable to the development of an intern and add to the long-term quality of the profession. It is essential that they understand the rules and objectives of the IDP in order to help interns complete the program in a timely manner.
