I have a Bachelor of Architecture degree from a foreign program and a Master of Architecture degree from a U.S. program. Will I be required to have an EESA-NCARB evaluation?

No, as long as your Master of Architecture program is accredited by NAAB. If your Master of Architecture program is not accredited by NAAB, you may be required to have an EESA-NCARB evaluation.
