You will not be able to access your NCARB Record, the online reporting system, or the Registration Board section of the website until you create a My NCARB account and link your existing accounts.
How do I create a My NCARB account?
Please note: In June 2011, NCARB upgraded its electronic systems in order to combine all of its services under one login (My NCARB). If you have not created a My NCARB account, you will not be able to access your NCARB Record, the online reporting system, or the Registration Board section of the website.

Did you verify your e-mail address when creating your My NCARB account?
In order to complete the creation of your My NCARB account, you must verify that the e-mail address you are using is valid. To verify this, NCARB automatically sends you an e-mail to the address you used to create your my NCARB account. Once you see this screen please check your e-mail account and follow the e-mail instructions. If you did not receive an e-mail from us, please check your junk or spam filters.
Are you using your new My NCARB login and password?
You will no longer be able to log in with your e-mail address or Record number. You must use your My NCARB account's new username and password to access your NCARB Record, the online reporting system or the Registration Board section of the website.
