Countdown to IDP 2.0: NCARB Systems

All NCARB systems will be offline beginning noon on 3 April 2012 as we perform a major upgrade to our systems. We expect that the upgrade will be completed and access restored on 5 April 2012. During this outage, you will not be able to access your online NCARB Record, request transmittals, document experience, or renew your Record.

We ask for your patience during this time. Please note that NCARB Customer Service is also experiencing higher than usual volumes during this period, and we anticipate extended wait times.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Here are a few things to keep in mind when interacting with NCARB over the next week:

  • Please access your Record through My NCARB during non-business hours and days. If you need to renew your Record or request a transmittal of your Certificate, the best times to access My NCARB is Thursday-Sunday between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m.
  • Our website experiences a significant decrease in visitors on weekends, which will be the best time to access our system.
  • Please be patient. The system will be slow over the next few weeks—including during non-business hours.
  • NCARB Customer Service is also experiencing higher than usual volumes during this period, and we anticipate extended wait times for phone calls and e-mail correspondence.

Submit IDP report(s) before April 3!
Interns must submit reports before April 3 to receive exemptions and waivers for the IDP 2.0 rollover. However, supervisors do not need to approve the reports prior to April 3. Reports approved after April 5 will still receive exemptions and/or waivers if applicable.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make this major improvement to our online reporting system.
