As a result of NCARB’s new consultant arrangements, Prometric will no longer be providing customer service support for Architect Registration Examination® (ARE®) candidates, effective immediately. All questions related to the ARE should now be directed to the NCARB Examination Directorate at firstname.lastname@example.org or customer service at 202/879-0520 or email@example.com.
The last batch of score reports for ARE divisions administered on or before 30 June 2013 is being graded by Prometric and will be sent to your jurisdiction or NCARB by July 31. Prometric has shut down its ARE-related systems to begin the migration of testing data to the new content and candidate management consultant. At this time, we expect My Examination to launch and testing to resume in late August.
Post-blackout, Prometric will continue to administer the exam in its testing centers. All future examination divisions must be scheduled online through My Examination with the exception of those needing testing accommodations. Candidates can no longer schedule an appointment by phone.
