2013 NCARB Award: Receive up to $75,000 for Your Program

2 August 2013

The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) is pleased to announce the 2013 NCARB Award for the Integration of Practice and Education. Up to $75,000 will be available for up to three Awards.

2013 Submission Deadline: Tuesday, 24 September 2013, 5 p.m. EDT

The NCARB Award supports the efforts of architecture programs to create and implement new, for-credit curricular approaches that raise awareness about issues central to practice, such as the architect's responsibility for public health, safety, and welfare. The Awards are intended to address specific areas in which the academy can bridge the gap between education and practice and better prepare students for internships and future careers as architects.

NCARB Award recipients will be announced in November 2013.

NOTE: NCARB reserves the right to not make any awards based on the quality of proposals and may not award the full $75,000.
