Nathan Grabowski joined NCARB in August of 2022 as Assistant Vice President of Continuous Improvement. Nathan and his team are responsible for leading collective efforts to discover new methods of improving customer experience and operational efficiency and moving the Council forward in its overall service strategy and vision.
Prior to NCARB, Nathan gained over 12 years of operations experience with eight years of senior level management in the defense sector, where he helped lead a nonprofit contract laboratory that serves the National Capital Region in protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the public. There, he gained experience in process improvement, EHS/Safety, customer service, and quality management systems. Nathan graduated from Virginia Tech in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences. He is also accredited with PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Google Data Analytics certifications.
