Exam Eligibility

Please note: As of November 1, 2016, you can no longer request eligibilities to test in 4.0.

Before you can schedule an ARE division, your jurisdiction’s board of architecture will need to approve your eligibility to test. If you haven't already been approved to test in ARE 4.0, you can only request eligibilities to test in 5.0. Learn more about requesting eligibilities.
