Jennifer is an accomplished human resources leader with over a decade of expertise in the field, driving strategic HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. At NCARB, she leads comprehensive HR programs for a workforce of 100+ employees, championing operational efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational alignment. 

Her expertise includes leading the implementation of enterprise-wide systems to streamline and optimize HR and benefits processes and enhancing retention through targeted performance strategies. With a strong foundation in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) management, compliance, and agile methodologies, she partners closely with leadership to deliver high-impact solutions that support both business goals and employee well-being. 

Jennifer has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management & Organizational Development from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Johnson C. Smith University. She is certified in strategic HR leadership, strategic HR business partnership, and women’s leadership, among others.
