Roxanne Alston, NCARB’s Director of Customer Relations

Roxanne Alston joined NCARB in 2007 in Records. She was promoted to Assistant Director Outreach and Audit, Records in 2008 and to Director, Customer Relations in 2015. In her role, Roxanne is responsible for delivery of quality and timely service to every NCARB stakeholder and ensures high levels of performance and consistent delivery of operations support. She is responsible for the alignment of division goals with NCARB goals by introducing feedback mechanisms to support improvement in all areas related to the customer experience.

She has over 25 years of experience in service with for profit and not for profit organizations. Roxanne received her Baccalaureate of Arts degree from St. Joseph’s University in English and Communications. She has also earned an MBA from The George Washington University with concentrations in Finance and International Management.
