
Roxanne Alston is responsible for service operations at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). She joined NCARB in 2007, bringing extensive expertise in managing technical system implementations, updates, and large-scale software and telecommunications conversions. She has aligned internal departmental objectives with NCARB’s strategic goals and has introduced multiple feedback mechanisms that drive continuous improvement in the NCARB stakeholder customer experience. Beyond her professional achievements, she is an active volunteer and volunteer leader with several nonprofit organizations at both the local and global levels.
Roxanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from St. Joseph’s University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in Finance and International Management from The George Washington University.
