Casandra Walker joined NCARB in September 2018 as Assistant Vice President, Customer Relations. She and her team are responsible for supporting the delivery of quality and timely service to every NCARB stakeholder and ensuring high levels of performance with consistent delivery of service excellence.
Casandra has over 20 years of leadership experience in customer service and call center operations with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Her efforts were focused on process improvement, change management, and developing customer service training programs. Originally from New York, Casandra attended Monroe College and received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She has also earned a Master of Science from Strayer University with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
