
Patricia Ramallo joined the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) in 2015 as part of the Experience + Education team, later leading the Council’s innovation and international relations efforts. In her current role as Assistant Vice President of Programs: Outreach & Operations, she oversees NCARB’s outreach strategy, coordinates systems integration and program operations, and contributes to the development of future systems and stakeholder resources.
Prior to NCARB, Patricia spent nearly 15 years in the architecture field, fulfilling roles in design, management, and construction administration. She worked on projects nationwide ranging from residential and multifamily to religious, commercial, and mixed-use developments. She continues to share her expertise as an adjunct faculty member at the Boston Architectural College, where she teaches two graduate-level courses in professional practice.
Patricia holds a Master of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and an MBA from Louisiana State University. She is a licensed architect in Argentina, Kentucky, and New Jersey, and a member of the American Institute of Architects. She also holds the LEED AP® Homes & BD+C credential, the NCARB Certificate, and the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation, and completed Cornell’s Diversity & Inclusion Certificate program. Patricia received the Presidential Medal from FCARM, Mexico’s federation of professional associations, in recognition of her leadership in strengthening international collaboration and advancing global practice opportunities for architects.
